    My sister, a friend of Kaye's, had her paint a portrait of my Cocoa. During the time it was being painted, my dear Cocoa crossed over the rainbow bridge, leaving a huge sadness in my heart. When my sister brought the portrait to me a few months later, it was one of the greatest gifts I ever received. Somehow, without ever even meeting her, Kaye captured the heart and soul of my sweet Cocoa ❤️ Her portrait is displayed in my bedroom where I wake up to her beautiful face every morning and see her again before I go to sleep each night. She will be forever missed, but now, always with me. Thank you Kaye, more than I can ever say.

    Kaye takes time to study her subjects and gets to know them before and while she paints them. She always gets the eyes spot on and looking through them, it is if you can see your pet/person alive again. She has a true gift for connecting her artistry to her subject.  In doing so she creates permanent loving memories for everyone who receives a painting from her. She painted our pug Spike whom she never met and every time we look at the painting, we feel he’s alive again.
